Screening & Shortlisting
We will screen and shortlist applicants efficiently and accurately as per
the steps below so that you end up with a shortlist of at least 3 strong candidates:
• Screen applications based on minimum qualifications, credit checks and criminal checks.
• Sort resumes that have the preferred credentials by looking at their certifications, relevant experience, domain expertise, technical competencies and other specific skills that are required for the role.
• Shortlist candidates who have both the preferred credentials and the minimum qualifications.
• Flag any concerns or queries in the resume so they can be clarified during the interview.
Final Selection
The shortlisted applications will then move through to the face-to-face interview
process with StratRecruit which will be carried out whilst adhering to strict COVID 19 rules and
regulations.
Performance Management
Strat Recruit will touch base with the client monthly to determine the candidates performance development and any concerns regarding the candidate.
